1. Is there a cookbook already made with the recipes?

At this time we don’t have a cookbook but in you go thru the Cacique website and click on “our recipes” section you will find a great variety and creative recipes to enjoy with your friends and family.

2. How can I find a cheese dip recipe?

Go to the Cacique website and click on the “search” tab and put the word “dip” and you will see some really good and delicious ideas of dips.

About our Products

1. Do you produce gluten free?

Yes all of our products are gluten free.

2. Do you have lactose free cheeses?

At this time we don’t have lactose free cheeses.

3. What is Queso Fresco?

It stands for Fresh cheese; it is a natural cheese with a buttery fresh milk flavor. Queso Fresco has been a staple product in the home of Hispanic families for decades, used as a standalone snack, to an accessory to your favorite Hispanic dish.

4. What is Cotija?

Cotija is one of our favorite artisan cheeses, rich in flavor, enhances any dish with its robust flavor. A great substitute for parmesan cheese simply cut and cube and add to your favorite soup or salad!!

5. Can I use your Crema Mexicana as a substitute to sour cream?

Our Crema Mexicana is a table cream, what that means is that our cream has a multi use due to its subtle and light texture. It can be used to top your delicious fruit salad or favorite soup. But we do produce a great line of sour creams: Crema Salvadoreña and Crema Mexicana
